The Network Cable Tester is a cutting-edge tool that combines digital cable scanning with fault distance location capabilities. Equipped with three modes – AC filter, analog, and PoE – it offers comprehensive cable tracking functionalities for various work environments—making it indispensable for cabling engineers and network installers.
Digital cable scanning utilizes AC filter and analog signaling to track cables effectively. Fault distance location measures cable length and accurately locates faults within a 200m range. Multi-function capabilities include cable length measurement, cable faults testing, PoE testing, hub blink, and NCV function. PoE information testing identifies power-providing pins, detects voltage levels, and determines PSE type (at/af standard). Hub blink locates network ports with flashing port lights on 10M/100M Hub/Switch. Cable continuity testing checks physical status for STP and UTP LAN cables. NCV function detects AC voltage presence (50V–1000V).
