Secure Payments with Smash Deals – Your payment is safely held by Smash Deals until your order is delivered. We track every shipment to ensure safe delivery. Once you receive your order, the payment is released to the seller.

Delivery Policy

We ship all orders using Aramex. Delivery takes 3-5 working days, but if you’re in the city, you may receive your order in as little as 2 days. Aramex delivers straight to your doorstep for your convenience!

Refund Policy

• A full refund will be issued if the fault, error, or incorrect item supplied is from our side.

• If a refund is requested due to a customer error (e.g., wrong size selected, change of mind, or incorrect order placed), a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

• If the exchange is required due to an error on our side, we will cover the courier costs for both collection and redelivery of the product.

• If the exchange is required due to a customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size or product), the customer will be responsible for all courier costs, including collection and redelivery.
